Search on Receipts

 Advance Search allows the user to search the Receipt/File/Dispatch through various filters.

 
For Advance search process, the user needs to perform the following steps:
 
Search on Receipts on the basis of Scope:
 
1. Select the Receipt module under Advanced link, as shown in Fig.eFile.1

2. Choose Receipt in the Search for bar.
 
3. Type the Year, Letter Date, Receipt number, Computer No., Subject, Category, Designation etc in the respective fields . As a result, Search result appears (Fig.eFile.1).
 
4. Click the Search Receipts  (search_receipt_button.jpg) button.
   
5. These are the actions that can be performed on Self Created Receipt.

Various Actions corresponding to the Status of Receipt:-

 
• Action on Inbox of user who has logged in.
 
   
 
• Action on Inbox of another user.
 
 
   
 
• Action on Created Receipt of another user.
 
   
 
• Action on Self Attached Receipt of user.
 
   
 
 
• Action on Attached Receipt of another user.

The Scope field of searching a Receipt/File/Dispatch divides into two categories:

Global Scope: It specifies that a user can search a Receipt/File/Dispatch in an organization.

Section Scope: It specifies that a user can search a Receipt/File/Dispatch within a section of an organization.

Example: NIC is an Organization which has sections like eOffice, ePanchayat and Administration etc.
If a user choose Global Scope (Fig: eFile1.1), then Receipt/File/Dispatch can be searched at the organizational level. i.e. in all the sections which comes under NIC.
If a user choose Section Scope (Fig: eFile1.1), then Receipt/File/Dispatch can be searched within the section.
