Inbox option contains the list of all correspondence(s)/issues that are Issued/Dispatched from the officer to the CRU. |

The steps to view Inbox are as under: |
|
|
1. Click Inbox option under Dispatch link, as a result new page appears. |
|
2. Select the issue to which action needs to be performed.
|
|
3. A user can perform any of the below mentioned actions: |
|
There are four Actions provided under CRU Inbox: |
|
• Dispatch: Helps the user to Dispatch a issues. |
|
• Receive: Helps the user to receive to the sender of the issue. |
|
• Return: Helps the user to return to the sender of the issue. |
|
• View Reminder: Helps the user to view the reminders. |
|
Quick Actions: - There are some useful links given in inbox for Quick Actions such as: |

|
|
• Action Detail -It facilitates the user to view the actions done at that moment on the Letter/Correspondence received. |
|
• Receive -It facilitates the user to view the actions done at that moment on the Letter/Correspondence received. |
|
• Return -It facilitates the CRU to return the issue to the officer. |
