Report Permission

This module facilitates the user to provide permission to view particulars reports on the basis of role.

To create Report Permission Settings ,user has to perform the following steps:

1. Click the Report Permission link. As a result Report Permission Setting page appears.
2. Select the role from the dropdown on which Report Permissions needs to be changed.
3. If user needs to select all reports of particular category. Set the File/Receipt/Miscellaneous/Dispatch checkbox to TRUE.
A user can select a particular report by setting the checkbox to TRUE corresponding to the Report.
4. Click the Save button. As a result the reports selected will be viewed to the selected role as shown in Fig.eFile.1
